When you arrive for your appointment, our registered massage therapist will discuss your specific health concerns with you before your massage begins. Weight Lifting

Therapeutic/ Deep Tissue

This type of massage is used to increase range of motion and reduce pain by releasing tight muscles. This can also prevent injury when preforming athletically.

Myofascial Cupping

Integrating cupping therapy into your massage further relaxes the muscles, relieves pain by stretching the fascia that has thickened and become tight.

  • What is your cancellation policy?
    If you cancel within 24 hours of your massage appointment you may be charged a $20 fee. Note: if you are sick or have an emergency and have to cancel this fee may be waived.
  • It’s my first massage, what should I expect?"
    We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes before your massage start time to fill out any paperwork needed and to leave time to discuss your issue/injury that you want worked on. Your massage therapist will walk you through step by step on what to do. When in doubt just ask your therapist!
  • What should I wear during my massage?
    You wear what you are comfortable with. I recommend that you only wear your under (No bra) or go completely naked. Note: You will always be draped professionally and can stop the massage at any time if you feel uncomfortable.
  • How often should I get a massage?
    It all depends on the issue. For most people its general tension caused by their work life. I recommend once a month to help relax the muscles.
  • What benefits can I get out of massage?
    There are many benefits like increase blood flow, calming the nervous system to help reduce pain. The most important one is reducing and preventing injury. Massage a muscle tightens up it becomes much easier to tear and by releasing this tension the muscle will have more stretch and become more durable.
